Membership

Membership in CCC Legacy is offered as an annual subscription and is governed by these additional terms:

  • Automatic renewal. Membership is a yearly subscription that automatically renews on the anniversary of your join date. Your payment method will be charged the then-current annual membership rate (currently $35.00) each year until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your member profile using the Manage Subscription option (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date — you retain access through the end of your current membership period.
  • Immediate cancellation. For immediate cancellation, contact CCC Legacy directly at info@ccclegacy.org or 540-984-8735.
  • Non-refundable. The annual membership fee is non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for partial membership periods.
  • Member benefits. Active membership includes access to the quarterly CCC Legacy Journal, member-exclusive content on our website, and participation in general membership meetings, including voting rights as described in CCC Legacy's governing documents.

California Automatic Renewal Disclosure

For members residing in California: In compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code §17600–17606), CCC Legacy discloses that your membership will automatically renew at the then-current annual rate until you cancel. You will receive a reminder before each renewal. Cancellation may be completed at any time through your member profile or by contacting us directly. A separate disclosure is also presented at checkout.

The binding Membership Terms & Conditions displayed and accepted at signup govern in the event of any conflict with this summary.
