More Than a Membership — A Living Community
CCC Legacy is built around people — the descendants of the men who served, the historians who study them, the educators who carry the story forward, and the advocates who ensure the Corps is never forgotten. Whatever your connection to the CCC, there is a place for you here.
Through annual gatherings at historic CCC sites, a quarterly journal published since 1978, speakers who bring camp life into classrooms and libraries, and a chapter network that reaches communities across the country, this organization has sustained a living community for more than four decades.
"We men of the CCC, who reclaimed and beautified your land, leave our works as our legacy to you and future generations." — Monument inscription, Fort Worth Nature Center, dedicated 1990
Membership is open to anyone who believes the CCC story must be told. Join us and become part of a community that honors three million young men who answered the call.

Where the Corps Comes Together
Every year, CCC Legacy members travel to a site shaped by the Corps to walk the same ground and breathe the same air as the men who worked there nearly a century ago. These gatherings are not conferences — they are pilgrimages.
At Silver Falls State Park in Oregon, attendees stood among trees the CCC had planted. At Jay Cooke State Park in Minnesota, they crossed the same swinging bridge built by Camp SP-2 enrollees in 1933. At Oconee State Park in South Carolina, they stood beside the 12th CCC Worker Statue placed nationally.
