Looking for information on how to find records for those who served in the CCC. My uncle, Joseph Kresila from Cleveland, Ohio, was in the CCC in 1939,1940, 1941 and/or 1942.

My father Rudolph B. Grom recently passed away in Sun City West, AZ. He was in the CCCs in 37-38, I believe mostly in the Midwest. He did attend a few reunions over the years. He had to fib about his age to get in. If you knew him, please send me a note.

My father, Thomas R. Milford, joined the CCC in 1938. just after graduating from high school. He was in Camp # F-18, Company # 2887 near Milam, TEXAS. In a Ranger Station near the location, I found a photo of the camp when it was first built in 1935. The actual site of the camp is now privately owned and posted, so I was unable to look around. I am looking for books or photos or information from others who may know more than I.
