75th Anniversary events are renewing the visibility of of the CCC across America.  Thanks to alumni organizations, conservation agencies, youth corps, and history minded folks for telling the story of the CCC in your community.

For 75 years the alumni of the CCC have told the story of conservation heritage with pride for their work and their contribution to recreational and natural resources. This year America's youth have stepped forward to add their contribution to honoring the alumni and commemorating the CCC program.  Partners across the nation have greatly contributed to the success of anniversary events.

The Corps Network:  An association of 113 Youth Conservation and Service Corps hosting Anniversary event in all corners of the nation.  Planting trees, trail building, removing invasive species, and bringing attention to CCC built and development landmarks all serve as a way of renewing CCC heritage.  www.corpsnetwork.org

National Public Lands Day:  Last year more than 110,000 people of all ages headed for parks and forests to help care for public land.  This year these folks will be helping to commemorate the CCC heritage.  Please help honor the CCC by planning a NPLD event in your community.  For more information, www.publiclandsday.org.  The NPLD organization will reaffirm their commitment to the care of CCC developed public land that they proclaimed at the 2001 NACCCA Reunion at Shenandoah National Park

National New Deal Preservation Association (NNDPA):  Serving as the spearhead for encouraging national participation and organizing national events in many agencies of New Deal heritage.  A list of events can be viewed by going to www.newdeallegacy.org
